2. Ticket Purchases and Payments

All ticket sales are processed securely through Wix Payments.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Event dates, venues, and lineups are subject to change. Performer substitutions or schedule adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Travel expenses
• Lodging costs
• Meals or incidental expenses
• Third party service fees

3. Event Admission and Conduct

Admission is subject to venue policies and capacity limits.

The Company and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or exposure to illness.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket giving rise to the claim.
